Welcome to Ototo ("the App"), developed by Ben Basha. By using the App you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your private use.

Ototo is a reminder aid, responsibility stays with you

Ototo helps you remember your car's renewal dates, but it is an aid only. You are solely responsible for renewing the test, compulsory insurance, and license fee on time. We are not liable for fines, penalties, loss of insurance coverage, or any other damage arising from a missed renewal, a reminder that was not sent or not received, or any reliance on the App. Local reminders may fail to deliver if the device is off, permissions were denied, or the operating system suspended them.

Data accuracy

Dates retrieved automatically from data.gov.il are provided by the Ministry of Transport and may be outdated or incorrect. You should verify every date against the official source. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Purchases

The App offers a one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks multiple cars. The purchase is processed by Apple and subject to the App Store terms. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple under its policy.

Advertising

The free tier includes ads served by a third party (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for ad content.

No warranty

The App is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.

Changes and termination

We may update the App and these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
